Cutting Instructions.

Please include the length you want them cut, in the notes section or message to seller, within 1 business day of the completion of the sale. If you do not inform us what length you would like them we will ship them uncut.

Arrow length is measured from the nock valley (where the string rests in the nock) to the end of the arrow. Thanks for your cooperation.

All stocked products are shipped within one business day after the completion of the purchase. However some products are drop ship, or non stocked items. Those products will be ordered within one business day after the completion of the purchase. We here at stalker outdoors take pride in our fast processing and shipping of orders. We do ship express and over night for a calculated price.

All item are shipped out either first class mail , Priority Mail or Fedex Ground unless otherwise contacted. They are shipped based on weight. Please expect up to 5 to 7 days with smaller items as they will be shipped out Usps first class mail. If you want to pay a little extra and speed up shipping please contact us by email : matt@stalkeroutdoors.com. If you have not received your item within 7 days please contact us, as we have been having some issues with USPS. Thank You!!!

Orders received by 6:30 EST ship same business day!!!!!

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the type of packaging and time the order was placed. We are located within 2 miles of a FedEx Hub and can get Express Shipments out until 9pm EST if we are notified ahead of time. (Contact us for Expedited Shipping Prices) We do combine shipping!!!

Return Policy:

Products that were packaged and shipped as specified by the order submitted by the buyer must be received by a member of our staff within 14 days of the delivery. We are not responsible for postage cost, or products that get lost during transit. Orders that were filled with mistakes, broken or missing pieces, and any other problems that the buyer is not at fault will be shipped at no extra expense to the buyer within 2 business days after the buyer has contacted a member of our staff.
